The Unit Titles Act (section 116) requires that all unit titled buildings have a long term maintenance plan for the ongoing amenity and maintenance of the building. CBIS has developed several of these plans on behalf of Body Corporates. These are thorough and detailed reports that require the input of other professionals, such as quantity surveyors, electrical and lift engineers etc, as a result they may be relied upon as giving an accurate assessment of the likely maintenance requirements for a building.
